Carolina Munévar se erigió este miércoles como una de las principales figuras del Campeonato Nacional de Paracycling 2024.
La boyacense, que el día anterior festejó el triunfo en la contrarreloj individual, sumó su segunda camiseta tricolor en la prueba de gran fondo en ruta para las damas, de la categoría C2.
Múnevar, integrante del Team Boyacá es Para Vivirla, arribó a la meta en solitario y tras emplear un tiempo de 51:12 en los diez giros al circuito previsto en el municipio de Nobsa, se alzó con el título.
“Estoy muy contenta de estar en este campeonato nacional que inició el día anterior con la contrarreloj individual y hoy con la prueba de ruta, en un trazado muy bonito que me trae muy buenos recuerdos. Siento una gran satisfacción por dejarlo todo en esta competencia y estar con grandes deportistas que también están en este proceso del paracycling”, manifestó ‘la Reina del Paracycling’.
Munévar, que ahora se alista para afrontar las pruebas de la persecución individual y los 500 metros en la modalidad de pista, se había quedado con el oro en la contrarreloj, al imponer un registro de 15:27 para los 10.3 kilómetros previstos.
